I would be very interested in hearing what the “1/2 life 3rd life rule” means. I am not sure if Steve allows you to share that? Thanks Shane Reply Kyron Gosse on October 6, 2013 at 6:11 am Hi Shane I am working on my next post now which will cover what it is and how I set my goals. Cheers Reply Shane on October 6, 2013 at 10:50 am As I am not in a position to study under Steve, it will be a great to learn a bit through you. Thanks. As an aside. I discovered Nathan Birch’s youtube channel today. I lot of similarities with your style. Did Nathan inspire your style? https://www.youtube.com/user/binvested Regards Shane Reply Kyron Gosse on October 6, 2013 at 8:06 pm No, I have never seen Nathan before so thanks for posting that. I have had some inspiration from Corey Wadden http://www.millionaireby25blog.com/ Basically the blog evolved as I did.I had started out doing the same old ’10 things you need to know about property investment’ type posts but decided that wasn’t the direction I wanted it to go, I wanted it to follow my journey. We often see these big property gurus such as Steve McKnight, Robert Kiyosaki, Bob Jones, Olly Newland etc and think, well yeah of course they can do it, they’re Steve McKnight… we forget that at some point of time they were just starting out and learning everything for the first time and made lots of mistakes too. So the blog was to show what actions I took and what thought patterns I had (only difference between a billionaire and someone on the dole is how they think) so that people could track what I was doing, see how I was evolving, and hopefully use it to help change their ways of thinking. Reply Shane on October 8, 2013 at 3:50 am I definitely think of you more along the lines of a raw, unpolished Nathan Birch. That Corey Wadden doesn’t seem to have any passion, focus for anything in particular except a drive of getting to a $ million. Someone should tell him it’s more about the journey than the destination :-). I have been going through Nathan’s videos. I am absolutely stunned by this young man’s brilliance. Shane Reply Kyron Gosse on October 8, 2013 at 5:21 am One of the first things I learnt from Roger Hamilton is, it is best to do one thing and one thing well. I think Corey is trying to do too many things. I have subscribed to Nathan and will definitely be checking out what he is up to. thanks Reply Submit a Comment Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
